Before you begin

  • A compatible iPhone and Apple Watch
  • Tremora installed on both devices
  • Apple Movement Disorder monitoring available and authorized on the Watch
  • Bluetooth and Wi-Fi available for Apple’s device communication

An iPad is optional. It receives a user-initiated nearby report copy from iPhone and does not connect directly to Apple Watch.

Synchronization and reports

Why is today blank when I first open Tremora?

The Watch may not yet have produced or delivered current-day measurements. Tremora requests available information when the iPhone app opens. Missing information is not interpreted as zero symptoms.

How do I read Sleep by Date?

Each bar shows recorded sleep for the morning the session ended. Blue marks a complete record. Gray marks a short or incomplete record—not poor sleep. Touch a visible bar to see its date, duration, and continuity. Continuity is not rated for incomplete records and is not an Apple sleep score or diagnosis.

How do I refresh movement data?

Open Tremora on iPhone and use Synchronize Now when available. If the request remains queued, open Tremora on Apple Watch and keep the devices nearby briefly. watchOS determines when queued background work runs.

How do I create a report?

Open Reports, choose a view, range, and movement type, then use the share control. Tremora can create PDF, Excel, CSV, and JPG output.

How does iPad reporting work?

On iPad, choose Settings → Receive Report Copy from iPhone. On iPhone, choose Settings → Copy Reports to iPad, select the iPad, and enter its six-digit code. Keep both apps open and nearby until completion is confirmed.

Must iPhone and iPad use the same Wi-Fi network?

No specific Wi-Fi network is required. Keep both devices nearby with Wi-Fi and Bluetooth available, and allow Local Network access when iOS asks.
